You can meet with your primary care physician (PCP), behavioral health provider or select urgent care clinics by phone, video or mobile app. And all from the comfort of home, or wherever you are. It’s a convenient way to receive care if an in-person visit isn’t possible or needed.

How to use your telehealth benefit:
Check with your PCP, behavioral health provider or urgent-care clinic to see if they offer telehealth services. If they do, you’ll just make an appointment for a virtual or telehealth visit. You’ll pay the same cost share as you would for an in-person visit. You can find those costs listed in your plans Evidence of Coverage.
If you need emergency care, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
