If your plan includes Aetna Healthy Rewards, you’ll receive a program by mail or email.
Activate your account below by using the code provided in your rewards program. Or you can call us at 1-866-246-8088 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM ET. Complete your recommended health care activities.
Tell us you’ve completed the activity either online or by phone. We’ll just need a few details, such as the date of the visit and the clinic name.
