Medicare Eligibility: Am I eligible?

Medicare Advantage Plans offer medical coverage and may include drug coverage (Part D). You can enroll in an ${company} Medicare Advantage Plan if you meet all of these criteria:

1. Have both Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B
2. Live in an area where we offer plans
3. Don’t have end-stage renal disease (with some exceptions)
